According to the liberal think tank, the problem is not Republicans causing delays by filibustering – it’s Democrats causing delays by bickering and procrastinating at the committee level… where the majority party totally runs the show. Exactly, CO2. The Republicans in the House pass many bills. Unfortunately, the typical low-information voter believes Republican obstructionism is the problem with Congress.
The link says the House passed twice as many bills as the Senate in 2013. That tells us where the "gridlock" is.
