It would have been better if the other two scrotum lickers would have been shot. Nothing like a three-peat to make your day.
Even in Texas, Stand Your Ground probably doesn't cover chasing two guys down the street with a shotgun. Although you might have trouble sitting a jury that would convict.

That's why they get very little of this sort of thing in Texas: you can get shot.
I have a lot of relatives in the Houston area and where in the home would not have made much difference. Closet, bathroom, bedroom, pantry, a criminal doesn't have much chance against my city dwelling kinfolk.
When you "come out of the closet" in Texas it has a whole different meaning.
Everything is bigger in Texas, including the gun you're packing when you come out of the closet!
