I am getting very angry about the manhandling of citizens for exercising their Constitutional rights. It is a sad state of affairs, but worse than that, it is a sign of the Obama Agenda. We need to stand up for ourselves and not take this crap, if we don't, we will become nothing more than proles, and the government will control us like we were nothing more than a slave.
The government is supposed to work for us, and if we don't take control, we will deserve exactly what we get.
Charges dropped. So an American citizen is silenced at a public meeting and once the meeting is over they drop the charges. Clearly the goal of these people is keeping us from being heard.

1. Yes you can in Kalifornia, don't know about the other state..We have rules for school board meetings, if you disrupt you can be asked to leave but not arrested.

Truthfully, if they wanted to pin an assault charge on someone, the cop should have manhandled me, then I would have given him a good reason to arrest me.
Did you catch the end of the video where the cop gives him a giant shove and you hear the citizen crashing into something in the hallway? The cop knew he was being videotaped then let himself go when he was off camera.
I'm no policeman, but if it was me I would ask the man to leave and when he didn't leave I would turn to the school board and tell them they aren't paying me enough to bounce harmless citizens out of their own school board meetings. I would end by saying, "If he gets threatening I'm here to help, but right now he's just talking."
