Sounds like Moonbeam is trying to find something to blame for his failed policies, sound familiar?
I am sure Jerry has smoked a bowl or two in the past, and the way the legislators spend money, it appears they too smoke a little weed...that's why they get a large salary, to buy cheetos and snickers...
What competitive edge is that, exactly?
Evidently he's already smoking too much pot.
He's been doing that since 1965.
He should be encouraging marijuana use - it increases the chance that voters will forget Jerry Brown is their governor.
The highest tax rate in the nation is a great demotivator which he can take credit for.
The "governor moonbeam" title still fits very well.
