California Governor Prepares Citizens for Coming ‘Toilet to Tap’ Concept. This is a new variation of the “Tax Dollars to Toilet” concept California government has used for years. This is now needed because for decades California government has kowtowed to the greentards and pretty much refused to do anything about increasing water storage even though the population has increased. In 1975 when Jerry Brown started his first term as governor the population was 21.54 million, as of 2014 it is 38.8 million. Now all of a sudden Jerry’s worried about it. Jerry’s last name is Brown, too bad we can’t flush him down.

I saw a small poster meant for bathrooms yesterday, it says the same thing I have been defacing signs with....Yea I know, I am bad...But a lot of businesses have bathrooms that have that now famous slogan, If it is yellow, let it mellow, if it is brown, flush it down. I am have been adding "Jerry" to the if it's brown line, now someone is printing decals with Jerry's picture in a toilet, among the turds saying "If it's Jerry Brown, flush it down"....People are sick of his shit, but the demotards are all over reclaiming water. It bill gates wants to drink reclaimed urine, have at it. I will buy bottled water....This state is becoming a Third world shithole in a hurry.
