California Legislature gearing up to ignore court on teacher tenure. “The issue remains that there are a number of teachers, nurses, counselors – folks who take care of kids every single day – who don’t have basic protections.” Protection from whom? We heard gubbermint is wise, compassionate, caring, generous… all that happy leftist horsepoop. So what do these people need protecting from, climate change?

All they really want is protection from budget concerns, and the ability for their contract to force more tax increases so they can get paid a ridiculous amount of money.
BTW, since when does a teacher not get a summer job? They complain that they don't make enough money, but they get summer jobs to make more money. What do they expect, work 180 days a year and get paid for 260?
Let's make a trade; you keep your tenure and we dismantle the public union.
I said that a couple days ago when the Judge announced his decision, the Kalifornia legislature is not goona let their LARGEST contributor get slammed, if it were not for the teachers union, the democraps in Kalifornia would be broke...
And the state would be in much better condition.
