OK, I'm stupid. Will someone explain to me why e-mail should support snail mail? I mean since there is absolutely NO RELATION ONE TO THE OTHER? Isn't this like expecting the Dems to support the Republicans?
Oh that's easy...see, email knocked snail mail up then ran away with all the money and it's secretary, so now snail mail wants a divorce and is seeking alimony and letter support.
Considering how children, by and large, become more successful than their parents, with the notable exception of Crowley and the occupoopers, email knocking up snail mail, should be the reason for UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.
Sadly this isn't the first Commiecrat to propose this. Taxing usage is the holy grail of data mining.

Fuck off crowley, this nation was founded because people got sick of being taxed without having a say. You know? Taxation without representation? California, like all progressive sh!tholes, is all about taxing & regulating the people to death. The tax code & the progressives who keep expanding it ARE THE REASON PEOPLE PARK THEIR MONEY OFFSHORE. So if you want to parrot the OWS 1% bullsh!t, we still have a 1st Amendment, for now. But don't think for a momount that the evil rich owe you anything, or the rest of us for that matter. Because we owe you nothing. The tax code should be about 3 pages long, not 78,000 pages long. It should be a flat tax, just out of principal of equal protection under the law. I also don't believe that anyone on welfare should be permited to vote. Those on welfare vote for politicians who promise them free sh!t from those who work & pay taxes. Sometimes it's cute & funny when the dog mooches, it's sad when that's how you get by as a person.

Second--if the poor Postal Service didn't have to fund its retirees health benefits, it would ONLY have lost $2.4billion. Wow, makes me feel a whole lot better. Just shut this whole place down. UPS and Fed Ex can then handle everything and still make a profit!
If they want to raise a lot more revenue the California Legislature should place "tiny" tax on stupid Progressive proposals; they could eliminate the state deficit in twenty minutes.
There are so many holes in this idea that I can't even bring myself to type them out. But I guess that's par the course for liberal logic.
