I would recommend just kicking Kalifornia loose, and let them fend for themselves.
Great...Now the line for the doctor will be quatro longer....They already get a driver's license, free shit, and discounted college, now free health care....Plus the prisons are full of freeloaders from south of the border...Jerry Brown didn't tell us his campaign theme was "A taco truck on every corner"....
