Don't you realize all those who are listed as unemployed are really becoming actors, painters, sculptors and whatever else their inner voice is telling them they can be.
Economic recover my ass. Count all those who are not working and or on the government tit and the number is near or at 20% if not higher.
In Kalifornia, economic recovery is determined by the amount of taxes levied.
Jerry Brown has continues to wrap the state in regulations and higher taxes. Heading in the wrong direction for economic recovery.
As goes California so goes the country...

Wait till old Governor "Carbon Credits' Brown kicks the price of a gallon of gas up by 50 cents..I am sure that will "speed up" the recovery.....To quote Aerosmith..."Same old story, same old song and dance"......
If only it were 50 cents, it's 67 cents. Will put the total tax for california at over a dollar per gallon. That's about 6 times more than the company that finds the oil, extracts it, ships it, refines it, then ships to local distribution.
