Prisons may want to start offering vasectomies to men in prison too. That way the dude can poke all the little gang banging chicks, I mean that literally, before they get sent back "home" and we taxpayers are not stuck paying welfare for their vacation left overs.
I don't have a problem with this AT ALL. People are stupid enough to land in jail, should not be allowed to reproduce. The taxpayers of Cali saved BILLIONS on a paltry investment. Good for them. I believe in giving credit where it is due.
Now, if they'd start sterilizing welfare applicants, as well as drug testing them, we'd be moving in the right direction.
