NEWSFLASH TO THE CBO: The entire n0bama Administration is the biggest waste of taxpayers money since the Federal Government figured out how to print money on paper. Makes a great headline, don't it?
Except printing money on paper was the doing of the Federal Reserve, a PRIVATE bank. The Federal Government actually backed their money in gold and silver until they were taken over by corporate greed.

And that is so awesome about you getting those books. I was lucky enough to have someone introduce me to that sort of stuff some time ago and it always feels excellent to pay it forward! And man I am always so amazed at how easy the Internet makes it to get information for nearly free if not free.
I have a Kindle app on my laptop (as well as "Adobe Digital Editions" for the ones that aren't available for Kindle, both free btw,) One of the things I like about Kindle is the highlite & notes feature, and something a lot of people don't realize; even a library book I can only keep for 2 weeks, all my marks and notes stay in the machine even after the book is 'returned' as long as it's not deleted from my Kindle account. Check out the book again 6 months later and all the highlites, stickynotes, page marks and written notes are all right there where they belong.
And, something you might not know about, but I have another app from the library (free) called OverDrive® Media Console™ , that makes it a breeze to download, keep files straight and listen to audio books. Or CDs and watch movies from the library as well. Just watched a decent Lincoln biography (AE?) not long ago.

They actually missed the biggest problem. Our power grid cannot handle all the new electric cars they want us to drive, & we are not expanding real energy expansion to meet our current needs. Forget electric cars, we need to expand our energy output, but instead, we are forcing coal fire plants & refuse to build new nuke plants. We should be expanding our coal & nuke production, as well as drilling for oil whaerever we have it. Plus the EPA is cracking down on natural gas, which is stupid. But this is the Obama regime, & this is what they want.
So basically Corporate Greed.

Gee, that's funny. There are new businesses starting up every day. I have my own business, and there aren't any big corporate types trying to shut me down. My brother in law started a company a few years ago on Long Island, with 2 friends of his, and they are now one of the biggest companies in their business on the Island.
Seems to me like there are tons of new businesses starting all the time, and people with a little initiative and imagination are making a nice living doing this.
Just because you have as much imagination as an opossum, doesn't mean nobody else is capable of doing something with their lives.

I'll tell you something about corporate greed, it has done more for humanity then gov't ever has. Gov't did'nt invent or create anything, greedy bastards looking to get rich do. Aviation, the automobile, air conditioning, or whatever. People with a self interest will create more then any gov't bureaucrat ever will. If they get rich by providing their fellow man with sh!t they want & are willing to pay for, GOD BLESS THEM.
BTW, I'll let you in on a secret, the biggest things that the medical industry are working to cure is cancer & HIV/AIDS. I will put my money on a big evil pharmaceutical company to figure it out long before any gov't agency.
