CBS News: State Department covered up misconduct, interfered with IG probes. “In one specific and striking cover-up, State Department agents told the Inspector General they were told to stop investigating the case of a U.S. Ambassador who held a sensitive diplomatic post and was suspected of patronizing prostitutes in a public park.” It must be that this is how the hopey-changey administration thinks these things are supposed to be dealt with.

It's the Shitcago Way, show a little green and kiss a little ass and the problem is magically solved!
So, why is all of this stuff coming out? Are people getting emboldened? Is the media realizing the monster they have allowed to form? Or... is this some form of "organized chaos"? I am really getting scared now. If the administration is, in fact, behind all of these leaks getting out then what would be their reason for it? What move could they take to seize power based on "national security"?
Think about this and the NSA thing for a second... I know it sounds like a spy novel, but what if the admin wanted someone to leak the NSA stuff? What if they knew that Snowden was a libertarian and was involved in "save the fourth"? (After all, they have just proclaimed that they are in fact "Big Brother" and know everything about everyone....). What if they deliberately left the power point slide presentation somewhere that he would get it? And maybe some other people had access too, and they were just waiting for one of them to get pissed and go public with it?
Think Alinsky. Think about "chaos". Think about how dictators take over countries. Think about how this could be leveraged for the supreme power-grab. It's becoming more difficult to sleep at night.
As Obama's termnationdate crows ever closer, I am ssurethey are trying to cause something to happen tobe able to declare martial alw, andkeep Obama in office indefinitely. Or maybe the leaks are from those that were blue skied into supporting Obama and have realized he is treating them like used TP. This is a revenge move. Or maybe there is just so much lying and fraud and mistreatment in this administration that leaking was inevitable!
Because the 'media' senses a sea change coming and has to re-establish some cred so they can go after those mean, nasty weepublicans [re tea party patriots] and "do their jobs" when it happens? I'm in a very cynical, pissy mood these days. SeeBS has a news division, huh?

My brain works in weird ways, take #s. I can't remember phones to save my butt (thank you speed dial), and sometimes find myself counting backwards to figure out the year the girls were born. But things I've read is a completely different matter. (why totally ignoring some here is a must, or it'd be imprinted for a long, long time, and who needs that?)
hehe. I have a weird thing with numbers - I remember them and I memorize them. I do math in my head, for no reason - figuring percentages or whatever.
I count as I walk or tap my fingers or brush my teeth. It would almost be OCD, except I don't have any REASON for doing it, and I don't have to do it for specific numbers of counts. I just do it all the time. I figured everyone did it. So one day, I asked my daughter and my hubby and, it turns out that she does it, but he doesn't. So, now I don't know if WE are weird, or if it's a 50/50 thing, and if it's genetic. My sister does it too, lol.
THAT kind of thing is why I studied psychology.
I'm the same way with numbers. Most of the time I can figure out how many cubic yards of concrete I'll need for a slab in my head and faster than a college boy with a calculator.
Names are a different game though. I have to work with a new person for days, sometimes weeks, before I can remember their name. My ex-wife is a perfect example. I'm pretty sure her name isn't Bitch but after two years damned if I can remember what it is.

The first thing I thought of was my ex-brother-in-law, but this would absolutely not be a diplomatic ambassador post, it would have to be a social post. Someone like ambassador to France,the Netherlands, or New Zealand, or somewhere like that.
Those posts are given to socialites, generally rich people who have contributed heavily to the president's campaign. They need to be connected, but they don't need any real political training. It's all about parties and making the US look good. Some people thought that that actress Eva Longoria was looking for a post like that (no way she would get it though - way too trashy, even if she "acts" like a lady now...)
The State Dept. lifers are different. These are the guys who get sent to places that could potentially be explosive. The middle east, Korea, war-torn African countries. These guys would never EVER ditch their security detail, because they would have a better than even chance of ending up dead. And no "piece of strange" is worth that.
