OK, let's see how this works in Real Life:
Supposing I'm a real Small Business Owner, and I have three prospective employees in front of me. One has that "Please, Dear God, kill me" look of a married man, fresh out of a job. The other two are kids, and a shoo-in that they don't have families. I can either pay PDGkm $20 an hour min wage, or hire *both* the kids at $10 an hour, (or just hire one and keep the difference). Hmmm. Decisions, decisions. Did I mention that a small business s not UNICEF, and it has to make money to be able to pay anybody anything?
Where's my dead cat. I need to lob it at an idiot. If I can't find that, my Wiffle Bat of Justice (tm) is leaning right there in the corner. I can only hope he was feeding the libs a stupid idea on purpose.

What ever happened to getting paid what you and your skill set are worth? I've been up, I've been down but I sure as hell didn't stay down. I got up dusted myself off, got a better education and went into a different profession. If you can't make simple change without the aid of a calculator or a register telling you how much to return, you aren't going to make a whole lot of money. Even the pimps and dealers know how to count their money

This so called intelligentsia just recently said how he doesn't believe in god, but he fears him (WTF), I forgot what show he was on, but for a psychiatrist that sounds crazy. Maybe its just me. Charlie needs to find a nice soft couch to lay down on.

Shit lets just have a 40 tier wage system, if your a mental midget and voted for Obama you get one wage, if your living in mom's basement you get another wage, if your a victim of some perceived social injustice you get another wage, if you work for an Obama supporting company you get another wage, if you conservative you get less, if you have am arm growing out of your forehead you get a different wage, if your an illegal alien you get another wage.....If you drive a Prius you get another wage, if you live in a ghetto you get another wage, you get a raise for every child born out of wedlock, you get paid better each time you get out of prison....on and on and on..and we will have the same people administer it that run Obamadeathcare.
I read about this idea earlier. It makes no sense and would be impossible to administer.
Government can't set labor markets' rates. It never works unless the intent is to shrink the labor markets, then it works great.
Why bother? If you are going to get more because you indiscriminately reproduce, where is the impetus to be responsible? Will you get more money if you're not married, but have kids with several women? After all, you have more than one household to support!
This may be the dumbest thing Krauthammer has said since he became a conservative.
I keep waiting for people in this country to come to their senses, say "Forget that stupid bleeding heart shit," and start penalizing the imbeciles that do nothing but breed, and leach off of the productive members of society. So far, nothing yet.
Simple economics. You tax something, it happens less. You subsidize something, it happens more.

Krauthammer started out life as a liberal but evntually saw the light. While I admire his brilliance...I have noticed his former belief system creeps out from time to time...like with this idea.
