Cher calls Sarah Palin the C-word

Cher calls Sarah Palin the C-word. Bitter waxes the wrinkled old diva at the sight of a beautiful female politician.

    • Interesting. However the idea of government putting laws to have military shoot at civilians is not new and it is entirely possible. Don't know what happened to her... she just seems like she doesn't know what she is doing.

    • Cher is now a conservative?
She doesn't have to worry, all the military folks I know and have spoken to will disobey any such order.

  • Never liked Cher since that 80s video of her straddling the guns of a US battleship with her nasty crotch.
Those guns and that ship represent honor and service, not to be defiled by a whore.
Never understood why the Navy allowed that.

      • But she left out Russia, because they are antigay, and most of Cher's fans are gay guys. She was a guest "judge" on Dancing with the Stars a few weeks back, What an idiot. She even told the producers she should never be asked to state her evaluation first (guess she needed guidance from what real judges look for.)

  • I personally don't think Sarah has the sense GOD gave little green apples. She and Michele Bachman should never again open their mouths in public. BUT. . . Cher is dumber than a box of rocks, so where does she get off saluting ANYTHING about anyone else?

    • I really HAVE to disagree. She has a very interesting accent and affectation when she speaks, but so do I. My instinct tells me that is the reason why people mock her more than anything. A lot of people out there don't acknowledge what I have to say, because they are thinking about my accent and where I am from. It is very annoying. They mock perhaps the WAY she says things, but they can't really mock her looks, nor presence nor what she actually says, because they tend to be more factual than not. A lot of the quotes attributed to her by the media and SNL are actually erroneous as in she never said them, but unfortunately they stuck.

They may try to mock the fact that her daughter fell for an asshole and got pregnant before marriage, but in the end, as you look around these people's lives you will find such a thing is not uncommon and in many cases there were abortions, so they would be MAJOR hypocrites to mock her for that.

Again, I believe that the meme that she is stupid is because of discrimination against her because of her accent, where she comes from and the fact that she is a Conservative woman. When she talked about the death panels everyone mocked her for being hysterical and non-factual, but lo and behold she was right. She talks about personal responsibility and capitalistic behavior and free markets and energy (something she is very wise about) and it is if not 100% it is very high percentage on the money. I've heard her speak abot VARIOUS subjects quite intelligently. She messed up big with Katy Couric because she was obviously pissed off that Katy was being a b*tch and she was being a b*tch, but she has to know that the media is not her friend and she doesn't have to be frustrated, just have patience like they were little children that have no idea what they are doing. Whenever she talks to Greta (whom I suspect LOVES Sarah Palin not in a lesbo way), she has very fun and very smart talks. So again... I am very sorry to disagree with you but I must...

With ALL of the previous said, I must state that we do agree about Cher. She is not politically astute, she is an envious b*tch, she is fugly and she really has no true life to speak of that is to say she cannot be possibly happy with the life that she made for herself in the end, whereas Sarah Palin can.

      • I've always had a different take on the Katie Couric interview. I believe Couric was the ignorant one. I read more than just about anybody I know and if you asked me what newspaper I read regularly I would hesitate just like Sarah Palin did. Because it's a stupid question. A New York based liberal like Couric might have only one newspaper she reads (NYTimes) but anybody with half a brain is gleaning information from many sources. Number one, most of the truly well-informed are getting their information from the Internet, not their local newspaper. And number two, anybody who rises as high as a governorship will be used to staff pre-reading newspapers and flagging pertinent articles... ALL the newspapers. Bottom line, the question reflected how out of touch Couric is, and Palin should have answered honestly and labeled it a stupid question. I think she was just too polite.

        • Couric, the cheerleader alumnus, has never struck me as a gnius either. She's cute, has a great smile, adn did some fair interviews on TODAY, but she has not been able to hold anyone's attention on CBS evening news, nor on her talk show (which has already vanished from my area in favor of Queen Latifah.)

        • That is why I said that Katie was being a b*tch and Sarah was frustrated by that. Instead of showing her frustration and say that she reads them all IN the way she said it, she could have just stated the truth that the question is stupid OR better yet, she could have been diplomatic and state what you said earlier that she has staff pre-read and flag pertinent articles and personally she reads various newspapers and online sources and she watches a variety of hard news and comment shows on TV. Provide one example: Washington Post OR the national Alaskan newspaper.

Basically as Palin explained much later, she took the question to mean that Couric was asking her if she could read which in essence is what Couric was really asking her. So I can understands Sarah's frustration. However she should have been patient with Couric as if she was a little child and even perhaps treat her as such in a diplomatic way. Due to her showing her frustration and not stipulating that her sources are varied and perhaps come up with one example, for a first interview or was it second?, she missed a chance to showcase herself in a favorable light which in the end lead to the Sarah Palin is stupid from the liberal quarters.

Truthfully perhaps she never had a chance in the end, regardless of her acing that interview or not. Also she was set a trap by Brian Williams (?) with the whole Bush Mandate bullsh*t that many people even O'Reilly stated had no idea what that sh*t meant and that was a BS question.

          • If someone were to ask me what newspaper I read most, I'd reply, "Newspaper? Print news is a fossil. It's been dead for quite some time, but refuses to lie down. Where do I get my news? Thousands of places."

      • Exactly. Like the SNL thing about her seeing Russia from her home... she never said that, but hey they said it on SNL so it must be true.

        • And EVERYONE will assure you sheDID say it! The really sad part is. . .she probablly CAN see Russia from her house on a clear day!

        • The only time Sarah Palin said anything that was terribly uninformed was her comment about Africa being a poor nation. Everything else was hoopla, cannon fodder that got played up like she was clueless. Her comment about the British and Paul Revere knocked a bunch of kooks out of the trees, but it was not at all incorrect. In fact, that was probably the most surprising for those who went searching and found that what she said was rather quite enlightening.

If the media and the majority of its followers weren't out for her blood she might stand a chance in a run for the white house. I honestly think she could do a very good job leading the nation. But there is absolutely no chance she could win. None.

          • Everyone is ignorant about something or truly misspeak. I have said many times that Africa is a nation instead of a continent, knowing fully well it is a continent, it just comes out without me thinking about it. It doesn't indicate stupidity just that I need to slow down and think about what I am saying. Many times I am thinking about South Africa as a nation and just say Africa. It happens.

I agree that even if she was an intellectual with a Nobel Prize on whatever she would still be hated on just because she is a Conservative woman and she is not from New York nor Los Angeles. If she was allowed to know the behind the scenes of running the country for a few years she may do a good job, but I think that she would probably do a better job than Obama. At least she had far more executive experience than him.

          • I agree , Kimmmy! Of course, my cat could do abetter job than Obama, I think Sarah is an attractive iddle aged woman, who was probably well suited to her job as Mayor of her little town, and apparantly did a decent job as Governor. I think she could have gotten by as VEEP (I mean if Joe Biteme cvan anyone can) but President I think is a little out of her league.

          • Damn FDH, had to look that Revere one up (not forgot it, missed that one totally) and in the process learned something else I'd never heard before. A twofer.

"Working from a placard, Quayle corrected one sixth-grader by telling him to add an "e" to "potato." Journalists gleefully noted the spelling misteak. And Quayle's dunce hat was glued in place.

Trouble is, that mis-spelled placard was actually written out by the classroom teacher herself, either through her own ignorance or, a few suspect, some sly political set-up. Quayle knew he hadn't written it and thought the error was the point of the lesson*.

And because the classroom spelling bit was a last-minute addition, aides who would have foreseen the everlasting damage of their boss inexplicably adding a mistake to a student's work did not know what the placard said. Quayle subsequently forbade them from explaining the error to the media, for fear of embarrassing the teacher*."

*Think Obam-me would ever show a little class like that last?

          • Isn't potatoe an alternative Old English spelling of potato anyway? I think they still spell it that way in England. They add the "e" to the end of the word in a number of spellings in England. It's not like Quayle spelled cat with a "k".

          • It's a cutesy mid-west thing around here some too, it's on a lot of bags in the stores (and not just plural). Isn't he from Indiana? (or grew up there)

          • Yeah, that's how us poor white trash class up our consumer products so they sound English - like Buster's Fish Frye, or Ye Olde Barber Shoppe.

    • Wow, I couldn't disagree more. Everything she says is mocked, ridiculed, and then inevitably turns out to be correct. I am a big fan of Sarah Palin. I might even pass over a chance at Zoe Saldana for a chance at Sarah Palin.

    • Hey but Sarah sure is cute...I mean compared to Cankles and the rest of the libturd herd......which includes Cher...

      • Oh yeah, I agree. She is attractive enough (as opposed to the HIDEOUS Dems) and aparently is not afraid of hairdressers and makeup counters to enhance her natural gifts. As opposed, say, to that appalling reporter person!

    • Yeah envy is an issue here for sure. I mean seriously. Sarah Palin managed to remain married AND has a million kids WHILE creating and maintaining businesses. She went for public offices, winning and doing a pretty good job by most accounts. She was willing and able to go for a higher office as vicepresident. She didn't win, but made a lot of waves and encouraged a movement. She is now essentially a successful business woman private citizen millionairess who has name and face recognition and is able to move people to listen to her without much effort WHILE maintaining a marriage (the same one with a DAMN HE'S HOT husband who OBVIOUSLY is capable satisfying her and is NOT ridiculously younger than her) and still raising children and helping raise a grandchild essentially. So.... yeah... there has to be some envy all up in here. A woman that is the EPITOME of the feminist movement YET got there through Conservative behavior and political ideals. That is awesome and Cher and others hate on that... absolutely.

  • Like Nanzi Pelosi, Cher is suffering from some kind of side effects from way too much cosmetic surgery and botox.
