Common sense has been flushed down the drain. All that has been taught to this child is, if you do the right thing and tell someone, you are going to get punished. How damn stupid are those who are suppose to be looking out for the well being of those who they are suppose to educate? (rhetorical).

The gangs don't care about rules and they have their weapons in the schools and on the grounds.
