• Each city, according to its political ability to contribute to the democrat party, shall accept these future voters. Then, when Boehner/GOP is bullied into passing the $4 billion emergency boarder security bill, the democrat party machine in each location shall open the fundraising spigots once more.

• Just have to tell the Chicago Public Service Unions that housing these illegals will impact the city's budget, especially the pensions, and the problem will take care of it self.
