I read a few stories of this happening. You don't want to get run over by a vehicle there. They make darn sure you're dead.

I love a good Zombieland reference as much as the next guy but this is a sad story and says nothing good about the modern Chinese culture.
China has to be the cruelest country to children in the entire world. 13 million legal abortions a year, forced abortions, legions of female infants thrown into bodies of water. The picture of the child Yue Yue on the link is heart-wrenching. Anyone who would deliberately run over a small child with a truck is a heartless, unfeeling, inhuman monster.
Well kids this is how the Communist Obama-Care will work....
In a wierd way, because of lawyers, we have the same problem in our country. If someone breaks into your house or tries to steal your vehicle and you shoot him, make sure the piece of crap is dead. If you don't there is an almost 100% chance you will be sued before he/she gets out of the hospital.
If the sorry excuse for a human being cannot rob you in one way, he/she will rob you using the legal system. And liberal fools wonder why honest, gun owning Americans always shoot to kill when their family or possessions are threatened.
Make sure the body falls INSIDE the house.
