We are concerned about the health of MSNBC’s Chris Matthews. Very concerned. The MSNBC host has apparently suffered an unannounced stroke that has left him unable to put together a coherent question. Take this clip, for example, where he tries to compare former Vice President Dick Cheney to Jor-El, Superman’s father on the planet Krypton.
Matthews: One of the new ideas that Dick Cheney’s trying to sell right now is his daughter, Steve. He reminds me of that Marlon Brando character in…in Superman up on Krypton. The island is about to…the planet is about to blow up. So he puts his little kid, in this case Superman, into a little capsule and sends him to Earth. It’s like Cheney knows his whole world is blowing up, so he’s put his little daughter in this capsule and is sending her to us. It just seems like he’s spending all his time, it’s kind of like a booster rocket, building one for his offspring. What’s going on with this family?
We were tempted to close this out this story with a Bizarro reference, but it would have been just be too damn easy.

First reason Chris is in last place. I think he would do better in a format where would be his own guest, so he could ask and answer every question. This is the first of his two annoying traits. He was talking to lady last week and he would not this woman complete a sentence before he interrupted her.
Finally she finally told him that if he wanted to be his own guest, to go ahead.
Secondly, if Chris could stop spitting when he pronouces certain words, it would eliminate the crowd laughter. Its similar to Sylvester the Cat's lisp. Sylvester's lisp of course was much worse but at least the people he talked to stayed dry. I would guess being a guest on the show would be similar to being in a "Inspector Clouseu" skit from the Pink Panther movies.
Being Chris is a "Progressive", I am sure that these annoying traits are not his fault, probably just to many experimental evenings in college with a bong
Matthews is trying to be funny and original. Unfortunately, it's not in his DNA.
Anyone that watches the idiots on MSNBC for honesty or intelligent reporting is pretty stupid. You see the quick laugh the two smug idiots made when mathews mentioned Dick Cheneys daughter? She is smarter than all three of those fools put together.
I need to figure out exactly what he was talking about. Cheney is sending his daughter to them...? ha?
