• But everyone w a nts America to cut emissions to pre-industrislized times. Stupid. Here in San Antonio, we get nailed for the pollution from Mexican fatmers burning their fields, and a couple of days ago, a front brought pollution from thevNortheast into San Antonio, and we got another couple of dings.

• Anybody surprised?

• Well of course they are exempt, we are ass over tea kettle in debt to them and like a coward Obama doesn't want to piss them off, they will stop buying treasuries and Obama can't spend any more money on his cave dwelling friends or other goofy crap.

• We need to stop approaching this from the premise that it is sincere but honestly mistaken science. It is a hoax and the pushers by and large know it... otherwise they wouldn't be burying the increasing data indicating the cyclical cooling that reverses the warming they have adopted to bolster their scam... they'd be celebrating and relieved.

  Watch them continue to build a narrative about the cooling being evidence of needed taxes and regulations targeted to damaging and ultimately destroying the current energy infrastructure because its established presence has made alternate energy a money losing situation. THAT is part of the objective- to cripple the competition in order to create an opening for politically connected "green" energy at the very significant detriment of the industrialized economy. It is looting at the fascist bureaucratic/industrial level on a global scale.

• Leave it to the bastion of Anti American hatred to exempt the largest polluter in the world just to give them a leg up over the USA. Then quagmire goes to NYC kisses the asses of the haters and tells all them that the US will do its part. Guess what, climate change is a DAMN FRAUD and a HOAX. So all you believers if this made up bull shit, keep giving your money and your loyalty to the likes of snore gore, DiCrapo.

• Thank goodness the greens have figured out a way to keep all those greenhouses gases China emits contained within those borders. We wouldn't want to alter the entire planet's climate.

  • That is the kind of imagery we need to use. Dikes along a river and we keep building ours up and the water comes around where the Chinese don't hold their part of the bargain. I understand why they do it. If you held them to a carbon standard based on economic output, or to be a real prick- to the amount of freedom given to individuals- they would have to reduce their growth rate and their people would revolt.

• Once again it's simply a matter of follow the money. The Chinese already told Quagmire to f**k off with his carbon credit scheme, but that's not going to stop him from finishing off the US.

• This tells us which economy really is the largest.

• Well, OF COURSE Al Gore is exempted!

  • Al gore is big enough to be mistaken for a country. He's also a big enough energy user to be mistaken for a country.

• Just shows that it really isn't about CO2 and global warming, it is about controlling the commanding heights of the economy by controlling energy.

  If I were China, I'd just 'charge' the CO2 it uses to make all the goods shipped to the US and the EU to those economies.

  • The EU and US economies have become too weak to afford that and are getting weaker still.
