Well, apparently the "source" for this story despises Chavez, and may just be trolling Venezuela to produce Chavez and prove he isn't dead. There is a creepy photo where Chavez is seen reading a sandpaper from 2/14. Interestingly though he is smiling his eyes are closed. All in all, it's creepy.
