Company that failed miserably building Healthcare.gov still getting new federal contracts. Old paradigm for success in America: work really hard providing products or services people want. New paradigm: get government contracts by being BFF with president’s wife, fail miserably, then get more contracts to fix the mess you made.

This is nothing more than the two of them taking care of their peeps and ensuring that they get their cut.
Under closer review, I'm sure we would find that CGI is nothing more then yet another DNC money laundering scheme. But since nobody has to disclose out of country donations, I'm also sure Quagmire and the Wookie just paid for that multimillion dollar house in Hawaii.
They didn't fail- they did exactly what the Obama administration wanted. Obamacare is just a means to an end- single payer... so why would they want the level of work put into a website to make it work properly when the whole program is to be scrapped when the outcry that it was make to create begins to demand that the government do something.
The company was almost certainly instructed to build dysfunction into the site... they didn't go off and excessively polish the turd they were commissioned to set up so of course by not being insubordinate by second guessing the matter they are going to win more government work. Being Canadian also helps because this administration will source as much work as it can outside the borders.
Barry likes to reward bootlickers and ass kissers, the job doesn't matter, just how big is the check to OFA...
