Congress officially declared ‘dumber’ than years prior because politicians are speaking down to constituents. Hollywood now has new sequel material. Dumb and Dumber go to Congress. Actually, they’d probably be an improvement.

I'm still waiting for Guam to tip over myself, which I'm sure it will right after we find out that unemployment really does stimulate the economy.
And the law of diminishing returns proves that public sector employees are more productive than private sector employees.
You know I had another thought, a couple more months and we can have congress declared brain dead since nothing moves there and there is no functioning of either lobe.
Just have congress watch that video clip from Obama's former professor!

It's rather interesting and not as damning as it sounds. The "dumbest" speaker is an honors grad of Georgetown and law degree from UNC.
Be interesting to see where Sock Puppet might have stacked up during his long and distinguished term as senator -- not to mention since taking over the First Teleprompter.

I figured Nancy Pelosi was probably almost single-handedly responsible for this.
The only thing lower than a Congressman's intelligence is his morality.
And a Congressman's morality is so low it needs an umbrella to ward off the ant piss.
Dumber or just flat corrupt? When your one of the worthless hogs that feed continuously off the conveyer belt of tax payer sweat, than you certainly don’t want to lose your position and let the other waiting hogs enjoy gluttony. Single digit approval rating of congress and their arrogant or “pass the point of caring mentality” they simply don’t care what the voters want, “They got “theirs”, all the perks these worthless pieces of purchased trash can vote for themselves: health care, , power and influence that can be purchased for a price, lifetime retirement (if only served one term) automatic pay raises, they are the thief’s in the night we have always been told to be aware of, but we slept!
Its only fair to be realistic, each side has had “the” power, each election the hundreds of millions spend to inform us how they are going to correct what the other side has caused, and the lies continue along with a more and more corrupt government. I fear the government much more than terrorist, what comes out of Wash. D.C. could be considered nothing more than a legalized terrorism
