Whale watching ship captain Nancy Black faces 20 years in prison because she has been charged with lying to Justice Department prosecutors investing allegations that some of her crew members whistled at a whale to keep it hanging around their boats. Too bad her ship wasn’t taking guns to Mexico instead of whistling at whales.

I know this story is old, but this is incredible. With the GSA and Corzine and so many crap out there the government puts the squeeze on everyday Americans. it is so disgusting.
This reminds me of some of the current reporters being held or threatened with arrest under the Alien and Sedition Act. You know the law signed by President John Adams.......our second President in case you forgot who he was. So far 0bozo has had six people arrested under this law, they are either whistle-blowers or reporters. Prior to 0bozo taking office this law had only been used three times in our history, only 3 times in 221 years. What does that tell you?

It's not illeagal to whistle at whales it is however according to the false claims act of 1863 to not tell the truth to prosecutors. They are prosecuting this ships Captain based on a law from 1863 because they don't have any other law with which to charge her.

No wonder ole Eric the Red Holder hasn't prosecuted anybody for Solyndra, The Black Panthers, MF Global, or Fast and Furious. His Justice Department is much too busy prosecuting real criminals like Litter Bugs, and Jay Walkers.
