Dem. Congressman: IRS Will Have ‘More Trouble,’ Scandals If More Money Isn’t Given to Agency. Typical. The solution to everything is always more money with the Democrats. We have a solution we think Congress should immediately implement. Defund the IRS, fire everyone, prosecute those responsible for this travesty and then implement a flat tax, which is easily collected and moreover, prevents future shenanigans.

Yup, if you flat tax the country, you can get rid of the entire IRS and it's political agenda and creepy wasteful employees. Nothing I would like to see more than several hundred thousand employees of the IRS standing in the unemployment line
Oh great, just what we need, more inmates watching the insane asylum. Why don't we just give some more cash to the EPA while we are at it, won't need to worry about exercise when you have to walk to work.
So, how exactly would a larger appropriation have prevented the IRS 'customer service' lapses of the past three years? Several more layers of bureaucracy would have prevented the White House orders from reaching the field employees? Or maybe an additional three or four hundred Diversity Outreach Coordinators would have insured that black conservatives were also audited and harassed, thus...doing something or other?
They would have had enough money to cover it up better.
Okay, I'm there CO2, and while we're at it why don't we defund all the other useless and intrusive agencies and bureaucracies that have no reason to exist, other than to give overpaid positions to lazy plutocrats!
Fine by me but you have to start someplace. The crap with the IRS has some momentum on both sides of the fence.
Yes it does and it makes a fine place to start paring away the excess fat in the budget.
