Just one more example of how the "elite" think they are better than us unwashed citizens. Another thing is why didn't any of the people who saw this silly bitch call the cops? Has Washingtoon got so bad that the local law quit enforcing traffic laws in that dump so people don't bother calling them?
She needs to be charged with Hit and Run and have her driver's license taken away. I have seen many stupid drivers in my life, this video is now #1 in my emergency vehicle operations class......
I would love to see the entire episode of her trying to park. They say it lasted about 20 minutes.
I could have parked better blindfolded, in fact, I could have put a tractor trailer in that space, better than she did.
