Under your logic, wouldn't this be good for the Republican candidate as the vote will be divided between the two listings? Much how you think that me voting for Ron Paul is like voting for Obama.

Andrew Wilkow of Sirius/XM & The Blaze, got his ass chewed out by some Ron Paul cultists when he said, "I'm more of a Rand Paul guy". Ron Paul had a couple of problems...
1. He's not pure. You see how he would add pork to spending bills & then vote against the bill when he saw it had enough votes to pass. That is not cool.
2. People like crowley. They did more to damage the Ron Paul brand by being so narrow in scope. Their attitude also repulsed many. The my guy or nothing stance only helped Obama. Your job as a Ron Paul supporter is to help your guy, not put out the vibe that Ron Paul supporters are assholes. The ladder seemed to be true more often then not, & it's on display here every week.
During the previous primary season (2008 election cycle) I was working in Daytona Beach doing a condo remodel. I was staying in a motel and all of a sudden this quiet place was inundated with a bunch of loud, obnoxious young, people. I didn't need to ask them who they were or why they were there, they were very loud, and during breakfast I heard them talking about...........Wait for it...........RON PAUL! They were campaign workers and were traveling with the Ron Paul blimp to campaign stops.
That was more than enough for me to form an opinion.
Was one of them wearing plaid shorts, striped shirt, black socks, and sandals? That was Crowley.
At least Ron Paul didn't have to cheat to get his supporters.

I dont think this really is an issue - while its curious that the "working families party" feels the need to go through all the paperwork and monetary cost to submit their own candidate that is already on the ballot for another party, it doesnt mean that she'd necessarily get any more votes - election fraud aside of course.
You're assuming all American voters are as literate and responsible as you. There's a significant number of voters who can't read and/or vote randomly, which means she will collect more votes simply by virtue of being on the ballot more than once.
Actually, I think PJ has the right idea there. Can only one of her win? Which one of her would get the most votes? A vote for one is a vote against the other, right? And if they declare the election for either one of her, it SHOULD be tied up in the courts for a while, making a spectacle of the fraud.
I'd vote for Write-in. I really like his views on immigration. Plus he's not affiliated with any party, that's something I can get behind.
Dems will stop at nothing. While the meek will inherit the earth, fraudsters steal elections.
