Corzine was so busy being proud he forgot to pay attention to the money he was hired to manage. A little (well, not a little) destruction of private capital is OK as long as you’ve spent the last decade wasting billions of public capital – for the “right” reasons.

Where's the money, Jon? That is the only question that needs to be asked and answered. The sycophant who wrote this failed on that score but blaming Rupert Murdoch for fomenting right wing populism was a nice touch.
