I'm guessing that they aren't giving up on the exemptions but are trying to effect them more covertly- perhaps by burying it in an unrelated bill. I don't buy for one second the premise that congress has the slightest intention of doing anything honorably. Government has become the equivalent of a blocked bowel in need of an enema.
Watch them like hawks, because they will try to sneak this exemption in as a last minute amendment to some omnibus spending bill.

The white house response can be anticipated by reading Atlas Shrugged. It will be made illegal for companies to reduce hours or employees for the purpose of avoiding obamacare. Only after the company is no longer able to produce will it be allowed to fold. If there are any persons affiliated with the company who are not destitute, their funds will be used to pay for obamacare until they are depleted.
Are there ANY decent people that were surprised that the low-life, scumbag, Democrats (triple-redundant), wanted to exempt themselves and their staffs from Obamacare?
