Really? Pepper spray is illegal? So she should have allowed herself to be raped? Isn't there any leeway for people who protect themselves from crime? What is worst: rape or pepper spray? Priorities Denmark... priorities...

You are right. If she wasn't hurt she could have just gone home and let her family, friends and neighbors know that there is a rapist in the community, but not call the cops and just have the above get pepper sprays, knifes (she herself should get one and learn how to use it so she won't hurt herself) and maybe learn to do stick fighting and/or kav magra (etc). Just encourage people to take care of the problem itself and for the most young to be ever vigilant and have more than one person go out with them everywhere. The more the community shows that they will not be victimized the Muslim hoard will out of a sudden start moving out of the neighborhoods and eventually the city or town.
However if she WAS hurt if not raped, but still beaten she needed medical care and I am sure someone saw her and contacted the police anyway if she had not done so herself.
This is the reason why the people should be armed/capable of self defense. Willing to police the neighborhood themselves. The problem with the mafia is that they got greedy and became criminals in order to get and continue to be in control. If people would be willing to be like what the TRUE mafia should have been about, there would be no Muslim hoard problem. I have no problem donating willingly and without threats to a lay man/unofficial organization that is willing and able to put themselves on the line to defend the neighborhood/town from criminals and b*tches like the Muslim hoard. Helping them to keep going so they can do what most people are unable to do and what obviously the authorities are failing to do.
I hope this has been alearning experience for Danes, and others. Take care of the problem, the body and keep your mouth shut.

Pepper spray is illegal in Norway and Sweden too, they consider the spray dangerous to the public.
If a person uses it to harm innocent people put the person in prison, but if the use is to protect oneself from crime there should be no prison time. It is common sense.

The article says pepper spray is illegal. So it was a pepper spray free zone? Really? OK, we should offer the ladies other defensive weapons. Like a) the preferred .44 mag to blow the perp's head clean-off if he tries something like rape, or b) if you can't get a gun, mini-airbags that go off when rape is tried and drench the perp in a film of aged hog grease and permanent, glow-in-the-dark ink. That way everyone can see these creeps coming.

This kind of insanity has been extant in Europe for years. England had laws against "making threatening gestures" for decades. So if an old lady is accosted by a mugger, and she tries to fend him off with her bumbershoot, she is subject to arrest.
