Dershowitz on ‘Right to Choose’: ‘I Can’t Find it in the Constitution

Dershowitz on ‘Right to Choose’(an abortion): ‘I Can’t Find it in the Constitution: Silly Dershowitz. This right is protected by the Fourth Amendment. The one concerned with safeguarding the citizen’s privacy and, apparently, choice. Just so long as that choice doesn’t involve telling the government that it is none of their business what you do with the rest of your body and so long as that privacy doesn’t extend to telling Lord Obama he can’t read your emails or listen in on your phone conversations.

  • Maybe it's covered under religious freedom, seeing as how it's part of the worship of Moloch.

If the abortion clinics had owl statues with burn barrels in front of them, they might have a better case for what they do... and it would finally reveal who they truly are.

  • And he's just coming around to this conclusion now? It also says nothing about being forced to pay for other people's food, living arrangements, heath care, and a whole host of things we are being taxed to death for.

    • That case could probably be made now, since we have to buy insurance our bodies can probably be considered commerce.

      • *shivers* That seriously is a disturbing thought. If anything I am thinking ancient Rome (ancient most cultures). Conquering people essentially meant turning them into property. I have a problem with this. By making people depend on the government that is a form of conquering without actual physical warfare.

        • They started off selling their votes long ago, their souls became in play when the Democrats needed someone to cover up for their thievery.
What makes me wonder is, where is Satan going to find the room to put all those politicians?

  • That's a whole lot of equivocating on the barrister's part. I see cracks forming in that particular wall.
