Dictator Harry Reid. Never has a majority leader personally accounted for such a large percentage of allowed amendments and never has the Senate accomplished so little year after year. By succumbing to his control freak neuroses, Reid has effectively destroyed the Senate, causing it to become completely dysfunctional.

I'm not going to feel sorry when somebody with a terminal illness takes him out because they lost their insurance due to Quagmire's train wreck he helped design.
That would be perfect, someone with nothing to lose takes out Harry. They go to jail and get the medical treatment they couldn't get outside. It would be the start of a huge number of political assassinations!

You have a point, no doubt about it. History is full of mad old tyrants whose damage was limited by their incompetence. Maybe this is God in action. We might be speaking German right now if that kook Hitler hadn't been in charge - the generals tried to tell him invading Russia was a bad idea. France in 1800 was so much more powerful than everybody else, it's almost ridiculous that England battled them to a standstill, but luckily mad syphilis-infused Napoleon was in charge and he kept using the same battle tactics time after time, even after Wellington figured it out and started beating Napoleon like a drum. Pol Pot, Kim Jong-un, everywhere you look, the madmen fatally cripple themselves and their nations, thereby limiting the damage to humanity.
