Discontent With High Court Drives Down Its Poll Numbers: Clearly this travesty must not stand. Fortunately there is solution. All that is necessary is for congress to pass legislation commanding all Americans to highly approve of the highest court in the land and then render this compulsion completely Constitutional by calling it a tax.

When the big moment comes, liberal jurists step up to the plate but conservative jurists chicken out. Kennedy was down as the fifth vote to send abortion back to the states in 92, but then changed his vote, chickening out. Roberts was the fifth vote to overturn Obamacare in 12 but then switched his vote, chickening out. May the Court's approval rates continue to plummet as they uphold unconstitutional fictions. What a joke that liberals call the Court "conservative" when it is moderate at best.

I'm sure Justice Roberts personal bank account in Switzerland or some such place, just had a sudden influx of money. The main problem, you can bet it was
taxpayers money, not the DNC's.

Of course the SC could reinterpret the poll by a 5-4 margin and call it satisfactory and constitutional at the same time.
