Disney Epcot sacrifices fat villains to political correctness

You can tell a lot by a person's face, especially when it's a crazy looking face

Disney Epcot sacrifices fat villains to political correctness. The National Association to Advance Fat Acceptance objected (between cheeseburgers no doubt) to the fat villains in Epcot’s “Habit Heroes” exhibit which was an attempt to get kids to stop eating. So Disney shuttered the attraction. For the first time in history, PC cartoon characters violate PC standards and are executed by the PC police.

  • Notice the left doesn't get excited about Mickey Mouse not wearing pants? I'm just saying the left is a strange bunch....

  • To be honest, which of you readers would rather have Epcot's lamented, yet similarly themed Wonders of Life pavilion? Also, which of you would think/believe that WoL would have been more innocent compared to Habit Heroes? And do you think they would be better off using their heads and giving Buzzy (from Cranium Command) his well deserved job back, rather than just focus on the exterior with Habit Heroes? Truth is, the foundation for good health happens starts in your head.

    • Wow, you have got to be a big Disney Fan because I have NO IDEA what you are talking about, but I suspect that if I was a Disneyphile I would be all up in that lingo.

        • I dont know who gave you a thumbs down. I gave you a TU to balance it out. I guess I would need to figure it out lol for I cannot intelligently answer this question unless I know what you mean lol. It's all good thanks for the link.

  • All in all I think this experiment was weird. Shaming children into loosing weight? Although I got to say the major reason for a child to be overweight is the parents. It is very rare for a child to be overweight if the parents are not overindulgent and so on. The focus if any should be on the parents, but even that I think is out of control. This sort of thing is of a personal nature and Disney shouldn't be in the healthcare business.

Oh you know what? I JUST remember that Obama went to Disneyland (World)? a while ago? This just made perfect sense.

  • Well, they should get rid of Tinkerbell too, she looks anorexic and may be a bad example.
