Doctor with Ebola who was released from Nebraska hospital last week… was re-admitted to a Massachusetts hospital yesterday. They insist they don’t think the Ebola has returned, but:
“We are isolating Dr. Sacra to be cautious pending final confirmation of his illness. We think it is highly unlikely that he has Ebola. We suspect he has an upper respiratory tract infection.”
Uh huh.

Update: doctors say he tests negative for Ebola and are removing him from isolation. As KQ said, this infection might be related to the effects of having Ebola and being treated for Ebola without being Ebola itself. Meanwhile, I would hate to be the patient who ends up being this guy's new roommate.
Not to mention that the only drug found to be effective has run out, and it will take months for more to be made, AND the drug company that makes it is supported ONLY by the US GOVENRMENT!!!

One thing this admin is really expert at is making excuses for the shit they screw up.
I would like to know how a person who uses all acceptable forms of protection gets the illness anyway. I am quicker to conclude the virus was contracted without direct body fluid contact than believe the Dr. was "careless".
Not sure if it was this doc or the other one, but I heard that what happened was he contracted it from allegedly non-ebola patients at a clinic. So it wasn't the protection failed, but that it wasn't being used at the right time.

That either came from the Ebola virus (mutated?) or from the heavy medication used that has a lot of side effects like death.
