In Massachusetts, thousands of “jumpers and dumpers” are buying health plans just before major operations and procedures and then chucking their coverage afterwards, sticking remaining policy-holders with the bills. Same loophole exists in ObamaCare. The pols decided it was just out of greed that evil insurance companies denied coverage for so-called “pre-existing” conditions. Another epic failure for the country’s smarter-than-everyone-else pack of morons. But don’t worry, they’ll find somebody else to blame for their stupidity this time, too.

Well DUH!!!!! This is all part of the plan.
I do agree that insurance companies should be able to deny coverage for existing conditions. However, they should not be able to drop someone due to a change in health. A friend of mine got diagnosed with cancer, and her insurance dropped her faster than a bag of wet concrete.
Not to worry, the way congress is raiding the Odumbocare funds, this practice will come to an end.
If I was driving my car down the street without insurance , struck another vehicle , then called some insurance company up to get my vehicle insured , I would be an evil person.
If I did not have health insurance , then went to the gay bath house , had sex with 30-40 men , then realized I had AIDS ; If I did not have health insurance , and smoked 3-4 packs of cigaretts a day , then realized I had something terrible wrong with me ; If I ate and ate and ate and ate , and was now unable to hold a normal job and realized my body was failing , and they all called up the insurance company and demanded to be signed up , Then I would be an EVIL person.
