Oh goodie, so now Quagmire and Holder will claim this bullshit every time they get caught breaking the law? It's getting time for Congress to grow a set and separate these treasonous turds from the White House.
What a second how can the DoJ claim separation of powers now? The DoJ sure and hell wasn't interested in separation of powers before it and quagmire got slapped upside the head by a federal judge who does understand the separations of power.
They're just exercising their right to separate common sense from governmental policy.
Common Sense and Government Policy are like oil and water, no matter how hard you try, they will not mix.
Like trying to combine college professors and conservatism.
That tends to cause chemical reactions Like mentos and Diet Coke, only they last longer and makes a bigger mess..
"But the administration's emergency motion says the injunction "irreparably interferes with DHS’s ability to protect the Homeland and secure our borders"
When the hell did we start enforcing the borders? Is this something new? And Protect the "Homeland"?? Change that to Fatherland and see where this is going...
This news will probably break any irony meters which are still working after 6 years of BO.
GREAT! That stock I bought in irony meters should finally pay off.
