1) Speech against a religion or its beliefs is already in place. If you object to anything from Islam, and I DO MEAN anything, its hate speech. No one cares about Judaism, CHristianity, B'Hai, Hinduism, or people who worship a2 spaghetti God. Only speech against Muslims has been identified as hate speech. I am ONLY speaking of hate speech as it relates to Islam and other religious beliefs.

Agreed, Robert, re: McCarthy. He did shine a a spotlight on the infiltration of the State Department by communists but his methods were no better than the enemies' were. No-one can deny that Washington was not compromised by Soviet agents and it is happening again with the Muslim threat. The five congressman who are trying to raise awareness are being savaged by both sides and that is dangerous indeed to the Republic as our "leaders" bury their heads in the sand.

Perhaps the case could be made that Abedin was ordered to get close to Weiner because he was, at the time, thought to be on a fast track. Coupled with her relationship with HR Clinton, she would be in a very good position to feed information to all sorts of unsavory people and spread misinformation here.
