  • Those of you who have been here for awhile, do you remember the throdowns we used to have with she who shall not be named about abortion? Amd did I not tell you all (and her) that this is the kind of place that abortions are done in? That they are not nice, cleansterile environmemts, that they killed babies long after 24 wks? I stand vinidicated! I almost wish she were here so I could rub her nose in it!.

  • This is a satisfactory outcome. I was really worried because the jury was taking so long and they announced they were hung up on two charges. Without knowing all the facts presented during the trial, I can understand how the death of the patient might have been tough to prove was murder. What matters here is the message being sent to late-term abortion cretins around the country who routinely kill live babies: this is first degree murder assholes! This will result in your being sent to prison for life!

  • Actually, I think he's going to PC up big time when he finds out what other inmates think of baby killers.

    PC = protective custody: a place in the prison, more like solitary than anything else, designed to keep the unruly and cowardly alike.

    • Please don't imagine that the pecking order in prison has anything to do with a "code of honor." It's just a pecking order of vulnerability. It mostly has to do with the fact that pedophiles (and child killers) are not physically intimidating.

      Most people in prison have molested kids; they're just in for other crimes. They attack the known child molesters as a form of projection.

      Also: I don't understand why ALL of prison is not protective custody. The inmates should not be able to lift a pinkie without authorization. They shouldn't be allowed to create their own mini civilization.

      • I agree with mosto f your post, but I disagree that most criminals have moelsted children and have been caught for other crimes. While that may be true in a few cases, it is well documented that pedophiles are generally model citizens, hence their ability to access the children they desire. And most criminals, while they don't really have a code of honor, DO hate pedophiles. Many of them have children on the outside and are appalled to think of a pedophile accessing their own child. The fact that the pedos are not buff and intimidating just makes it easier.

  • Justice. Death or Life imprisonment at this point it doesn't really matter because he is old, but he needs his freedom taken away from him AND I hope that this discourages others like him out there.
