Driver that struck teen suing dead boy’s family

Driver that struck teen suing dead boy’s family. “…the driver of the SUV… is suing the dead boy for the emotional trauma she says she has suffered. She’s also suing the two other boys, as well as the dead boy’s parents, and even his brother, who has since died. She’s also suing the County of Simcoe for failing to maintain the road.” For some reason the words “signs of the Apocalypse” come to mind…

  • I hate her... I do. Sometimes I hate people like this. I am not perfect. Some people are deserving of hate. She is a horrible human being. She will suffer greatly one day or another.

    • Her problem is that she THINKS she is suffering because she killed this 17 year old kid. She is making things much worse for herself down the line, when people are going to want NOTHING to do with her, at all.

      • If she is really or she thinks that she is feeling guilt or remorse for what she did, this is a HORRIBLE way to try to get over it.

She is saying that it is the parents' responsibility to ease her guilt/remorse by having them pay her money?!

        B*tch is crazy!

  • If Karma is real, then this twit will be run over by a city bus entering the courthouse for her lawsuit....and be dragged a couple miles....

  • This Sharlene Simon is a piece of shit. The accident ain't nearly as bad as her lawsuit. As bad as the accident was, it was an accident, but the lawsuit she is pursuing was thought out. This broad & the lawyer who actually took the case are worthless.

    • Your post doesn't even come close to expressing the level of disgusting that this bitch is.
I agree with you, this suit is worse than the accident.

      • Rarely do I wish death and dismemberment on anyone. I hope this woman, her lawyer and everyone involved in the decision to bring this lawsuit forward die. Preferably from something slow and painful.

The parents of the kids who died don't get off easy either. While I'm sorry for their loss, you don't let your kids go out at 130AM on bicycles, in the rain. Sterilize these stupid mother fuckers so they don't pollute the gene pool again.

  • And, of course, there's a lawyer (or a whole damned firm!) saying, "Hell, yeah! Let's do this!"

I just watched "And Justice For All" this weekend. Oh, man! That ending! "The son of a bitch did it!"

Sadly, we have no lawyers like that Al Pacino character.

  • I think I should sue that woman for emotional distress that I have to live in a world that includes her.

  • The canadian left, like the left here, think the world owes them a favor. This is the sickest shit I've ever read. The husband of the driver is a cop even! the evil that has pervaded our society in North America is almost too much to bear. All I can say is, the left are getting ready to lay it on us all-be armed and ready-cause this is them being nice-wait til they start really getting nasty!

    • Getting nasty will end up being a very bad idea for them. They may have the authority to tell the police and military what they want them to do, but getting them to actually carry out their orders are another thing. That could be why the post office has started stockpiling ammo. The powers that be think their union thugs will do their dirty work for them. The problem with that idea is that the union thugs in the post office aren't very adept at using weapons when someone is shooting back, ala The Gang that Couldn't Shoot Straight.

      • Everyone wants to play 'Gestapo' as long as they get to sit in the staff car and not have to get in the stack.
