Ebola nurse in Maine: I’m blowing off my quarantine order

• Being catered hand and foot by friends and family: "I want this and I want that and I want this ... hey I am quarantined! Leave it at the door!" , doing whatever the hell I want, On Demand, Cable, Internet, a bath, read books, experiment with cooking, learn a new skill... seriously it is not that hard...

  • But, if you can get your 15 minutes of fame, and make a political statement at the same time, all the better.
    She's a self-absorbed, arrogant, scrunt. What other nurse do we know that fits that description?

• 21 days of bread and water in a nice warm cell would do wonders for this typhoid Mary wanna-be.

• So if she won't self-isolate I bet everyone that knows her in her town will isolate themselves from her. She can go to the movies, shopping, a bar, any where and she will have it all to herself!

• Seems to me this problem could be curtailed by passing a simple law: if we, the state of Maine, tell you to stay in your house for 21 days and you do NOT, then we will assess you for all the financial costs of tracking down everybody you might have had contact with and caring for anybody you might have infected.

  Right now she's playing the odds, knowing she probably isn't infected and knowing it's no skin off her back if she's wrong. Let's see if she wants to play those odds when losing means millions of dollars in assessments from the state.

• Time to arrest her and REALLY a take her "freedom" away. If she develops and spreads Ebola, I hope she's sued and charged with negligence, assault or some other public safety danger charge. She's a raging Progressivetard.

  • Could she be charged with murder? Like when an AIDS patient knowingly spreads that disease?

    • Depending on how bad it got, I could see a prosecution with that charge. Hopefully it would just be attempted murder as hopefully no one would die.

      • I've never understood lesser charges for attempted murder than for actual murder. You get a lighter sentence for being incompetent?
