Snowden is sacrificing his life for our Liberties just like many of our military personnel do. He tried to make sure that what he released was revealing but not compromising. He focused on embarrassing our rulers, not hurting our people. It is a difficult balancing act, so we may never agree. However, pretending that Snowden did is the same as what Manning did is to not be paying attention.
If Snowden had not come forward ALL of us would be worse off than we are now!!!
The price of Liberty is eternal vigilance, that is what Snowden is about and he deserves the support of all freedom loving Americans, especially those in the military, who are probably the ones to best able understand the sacrifice Snowden made for our Liberty and our country.

Holder is just another flip flopper. 0bama was against prosecuting whistle blowers until he was for it as well. Bradley/Chelsea Manning is another and he/she was convicted while Holder was AG.
Whistle blowers are not a bad thing because exposing lies and corruption is not a bad thing. Call them "inconvenient truths" if you will. You can make the case that some are traitors but I would rather know the truth. People have been having the wool pulled over their eyes for years. JMO.
Who is the enemy? Putin never called me a terrorist as the FBI has done about anyone who likes guns the Constitution.
He gave info to more than the Russians. He gave it to every communist regime in the world. And with it now published on the net, ISIS has it, too. I know people, good friends, who knew him. They all say the same thing. He was no hero. He was a whining, sniveling little wimpy cry-baby b*tch who was out to make a name for himself. His actions directly, and negatively, impacted my husband and I and most of our friends. Husband was told he probably shouldn't go abroad for a while. And it's fitting that Holden thinks he is a hero.
The NSA/CIA/FBI played stupid games and won stupid prizes.
Terrorists have killed far fewer people than people killed by their own governments. Like by orders of magnitude.
Sacrificing freedom in the name of security is not the answer.
