More edicts from upon high. The limp dick RINOs have only themselves to blame when they are all at some retirement home and no longer in office. Third Party time or TEA Party time. They had every chance to stop this out of control DOJ and instead allowed another zealot with no respect for the US Constitution to become the Attorney General of the US.
So, how are they going to enforce these regulations?
By scouring the gun registrations, of course.
Anyone with a gun that is traceable through the registration process, and background checks, will be subject to these new mandates.
Anyone without traceability, will be exempt by virtue of the government not knowing they have guns.

Exactly what authority does the DOJ have to change law? State level law at that since Article II gives no legislative power to the Executive.
