Penn State is exposed because of Jerry Sandusky. But believe me, many colleges today are far more about sports than about morals, education, or the well being of their students. They just haven't been caught yet.
You may think that the link below is just made up bull but it is all true. I live near Penn State and remember when all the events were taking place.

It looks as if there are some particularly bad people in key positions at Penn State and not just because of the Sandusky crimes. Some suggest that this is a case of birds of a feather flocking together. Our Nation's institutions of higher learning seemingly choose their top staffs from a pool of creeps whose last focus will be the education of our youth.
Penn State has big issues. Child rape that is institutionally protected & academic fraud that is institutionally protected internationally for the purposes of financial gain. Clean it up, all of it.
