• He is NOT suppose to kill him... the instructions for a "night watchman" OR a community watch person is not to pursue, but to call the police! Trayvon was NOT doing anything wrong. Zimmerman though he looked suspicious...that is NO reason to shoot anyone... If someone was following me, with a Gun your damn right I would fight back. i wouldn't just stand there and wait to be shot. Zimmerman was TOLD not to pursue and he did anyway, he was a wanna be cop and a racist bully... I'm not saying Trayvon was perfect, he had flaws like we all do! Was he doing anything wrong to be shot, I THINK NOT! Zimmerman had a one inch cut and got popped in the nose...at least he is here to tell his lies.. Trayvon is not so lucky and neither are his parents... put yourself in the Martin family's shoes for a minute and imagin it being YOUR child... Killing someone is wrong... If he was trying to break into Zimmerman home I would say he had a right, that was not the case, Trayvon was simply walking down the friggin street and now he is dead for NO reason... I can't believe Zimmerman is even crying about his wound when he took the LIFE of an innocent kid... what a tragic shame...

  • How the hell do YOU know what either oarty was doing, saying, thinking. You have made this story up of whole cloth, and slanted it to fit your opinion as though it was all factual. Trayvon is not as innocent as Mommy and Daddy have tried to say, and Zimmerman was nnot the totaly innocent Community Watch persons. That is all we know for now. The shooting was done at short range. How do you know they didnt struggle over the weapon, it went off and killed Trayvon. Keep you unifromd "opinions" to your self. There needs to be a fair trial. If zimmerman is guilty, he will go to jail. If Zimmerman is innocent, thre willl be riots and destruction and more "trayvon Justice." Either way, Zimmermans life is over nearly las much as Trayvon.

  • Based on the narrative to date, the man was already back at his truck when he was jumped on..... Zim was attacked and forced to defended himself...full stop end of story. Just because someone was being tracked by a night watchman is not an excuse to try and beat someone to a pulp or worse. Obviously the police came to the same conclusion before this was turned into a political football. The results of the toxicity tests do not help the prosecutions case. Not a good scene for anyone but self defense in Fl is not a reason for being charged.

    Had bashed Zimmermans head into the sidewalk, and punched him in the face, was sitting on top of him, and wasn't "standing his ground", but attacking a neighborhood watch guy that was walking away from him, going back to his car.

    • There is also the statement that Martin had seen the gun and was going for it. If this is true Zimmerman will not...should not be found guilty of murder. I don't care who confronted who it was pure self defense.

Zimmerman is guilty of killing someone ... he started the altercation, he should NOT have been carrying the gun in the first place,, not on “neighborhood watch” that’s pure BS... why don't you get that?

  • I just read a story today that there were indeed injuries that back up zimmerman's story. Not that the race baiters are interested in the truth, only in hanging this guy out to dry no matter what.

    • You mean the one that said Baby Trayvon had bruises on his knuckles? and George had injuries to his face and the back of his head....

      But he was such a sweet boy at age 11......

      • I actually didn't hear about Treyvon one way or another. But I did hear that Zimmermean had a broken nose 2 blacked eyes and assorted abrasions and contusions, especially to the back of his head. Don't get me wrong. I think Zimmerman is an idiot and was out of line with his actions that night. But that isn't a reason to make him a scapegoat and assumed he murdered the kid intentionally, or that he is automaticaly guilty without even an attempt at a fair trial!
