(Wheeler) No, it is too complicated for me, I write memos. Every time I tried to use a computer I end up on a porn site or I Hate The Media where they are all conservative wackos who need to be reigned in.
Mr. Wheeler, did you really go to a porn site? Do you expect us to believe that you never use the internet? Never use E-mail?
(Wheeler) Well..Um...Hillary Clinton told me not to use e-mail because you can get into trouble, and Bill gave me the address for the porn site, then Valarie Jarrett told me not to use my computer anymore. (wink, wink) But I still play solitaire for most of the day on my computer.
Mr. Wheeler, have you ever heard of the Constitution of the United States, or read the First Amendment to that Constitution?

He went to a library once, to use their computer. He was repainting his kitchen, and wanted to know what kind of paints would adhere well to the existing surface. He did a search for "latex bondage," and the rest is history.
He tried writing a memo on his computer, but he got confused when the white-out didn't work right.
That didn't take long.
Probably trying to set the goalposts as forward as possible before the inevitable push back against their blatant power grab and opinion suppression.
