Rosie is rich. She shouldn't look the way that she does. Unless that is part of her gimmick... It is very possible that she feels she is adorable looking the way that she does. I remember her making a comment about Elizabeth Hasselbeck's weight at the reunion for Bawaba Walters' retirement. She really needs to calm the hell down.
