Federal judge: For blacks, ‘voting rights’ include identifying Democrats on ballots. So, the Federal Government and the Democrats think blacks are too effing stupid to figure out who to vote for unless there’s a big fat “D” next to a candidates name. Were we black we’d be very insulted.

Having a big D or R on the ballot is not just a problem for Americans who happen to be black, it's a problem for everyone too dumb to keep up with the issues.
I know a lot of people who are white, hispanic, asian, all races, creeds, colors and religeous affiliations, who are too dumb to vote unless the candidate has a D or R after his/her name. They know nothing about the candidates, they know nothing about the items on the ballot, like bond issues, all they look for is the D for the politician and the Yes for taking more money away from our grandchildren.
That's why I've said for a long time. In order to vote, a person should have to pass a basic Civics Class.
Actually I had one better, An I.Q. Test and Civic's Class. You have to pass the class and have a three digit I.Q. before you can:
VOTE
DRIVE A CAR
HAVE CHILDREN
BECOME A LAWYER OR POLITICIAN
The first digit of the I.Q. can not be a zero.....
