Garcia Zarate was indicted by a federal grand jury today on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition and being an illegally present alien in possession of a firearm and ammunition, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

It won't be long before some Soros operation tries to make a hero out of this guy, claiming that ICE is harassing him for no good reason(to Progressives, sneaking into the country illegally is not a good reason).
What I don't understand is why isn't Kates father taking care of business? Any piece of crap murders one of my children and the law didn't do what is right I would go hunting. This wetback would not have made it off the courthouse steps and to hell with the consequences. We hillbillies are very protective of our own and kind of Old Testament in our beliefs. Eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth. The law gets its chance but if justice is not done we take care of it.
Not taking care of business for the same reason journalists, judges, and politicians aren't being disciplined. Not enough people care. I honestly don't know what critical mass will be required. But, we need to acknowledge that the DA of Fag Sanfrisco prosecuted this as murder, which he couldn't prove. It should have been manslaughter, if he wanted a conviction. He didn't.
That's not how the California system works. The prosecutor doesn't choose first degree murder versus manslaughter. In California the prosecutor simply prosecutes and then the judge tells the jury to choose an appropriate charge. The jury can choose to convict on first degree murder charges or they can choose something else. This jury chose nothing.
