I think the members of the administration, every Democrat in congress, and two thirds of the Republicans should each be lashed to cement blocks and submerged where they can observe the swimming and feeding habits of demersal fish.
Now that would be money well spent.
Hell I will swim around for 175K in a fish bowl.
I suggest they let King Barky and Mooch do the swimming, and come up for air as often as the fish do.
Nothing is small fry when it comes to carping about these bottom feeders.

Don't jump the gun. Let the bureaucrats do their job. If they decide fish can swim, they'll let us know.
