• Here is my problem with all this faux outrage.
  The number of people that actually vote in a PRIMARY is miniscule! It shouldn't even count as a federal election!
  The only reason for this uproar is because Barry and Co are afraid of losing their well thought out and placed phantom votes that were registered by ACORN. As one person mentioned on TV this weekend, "Nobody has ever been denied a chance to vote because their name wasn't in the registration book. They were given a provisional ballot and allowed to vote. These votes almost always count".
  It's much ado about pumping up the base for Batty. ("TYPO" intentional!)

  • True. Even this past Primary, a guy came in who had moved, but they hadn't updated his address change. He signed some stuff, showed them the old voter card, they got on the computer and verified he was registered in the correct precinct and they let him vote. The voter ID bill will affect no one who is legitimately registered to vote. Its all blather over nothing, just one more thing to bitch about. Hell. the first election my kids were in college and claimed that address. they were allowed to vote for president anyway. Local elections were verboted because they hadn't updated the registration from San Antonio, but they were allowed to vote for the President anyway.

• How is it a problemto remove non citizens from the voter roles? I don't care what color, creed, or favored beer brand. If you aren't a citizen, you can't vote. Period. ANYWHERE, not just Florida, or the U.S. or any other country on earth. No reports from the Universe's opinion, but I;m inclined to think the entire Universe would agree. Can I vote in the NAACP? I mean, I'm not a member, but what the hell?

• Yes, Florida! It's about time someone tells these country-ruining degenerates the same thing they've been telling American citizens since 2008: GO TO HELL!!! Obama, and his desperate gerbils, know damn well he'd never win another election without mass corruption.

• Holder and Florida both know the DOJ would probably lose on this in court. This is all about keeping those "voters" on the rolls to help Obama in a swing state. A court ruling might not come until after the election. Florida turned the tables and said, "Screw you, go get a court ruling to STOP us."

  • For sure. The whole nationwide exercise - no ID, motor voter, etc., is to formalize a platform for cheating for the dems. If we had opposing pols with the guts to call them on this nonsense it could be easily solved.

• Everybody knows Eric the Red is full of shit on this one. States Rights trumps federal when it comes to voter registration. I expect the virtually useless racist turd to whip out the race card again.

  First of all, they aren't changing any voting-related policy, they're just asking for proof that you are a citizen, and eligible to vote!

  Five Florida counties are required to abide by that law.

  There are 67 counties in the state of Florida, anyone want to bet that they are NOT bothering anyone in the 5 counties that fall under this law?

  Believe me, the Atty General in Florida is no dummy, she keeps her ducks all in a row.

  • I'm wondering if those five counties are up in the panhandle. Escambia, Leon and so forth. The Democrats used to run a very racist regime in those parts.
